My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, they had a tough, unpleasant pesticide smell which made me uncomfortable. The service was a mixed experience; some staff members were very friendly and tried to make things right, but others were ungodly rude and disrespectful. The location was convenient, right off the highway and close to everything in Jasper, Alabama. The dining options were decent, with a good selection for breakfast, but I wished there were more choices, especially in terms of meat. Overall, a stay with some positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not the best as there were roaches, and the waffle maker didn't work, making breakfast a disappointment. Additionally, having to move rooms to accommodate my senior companion's mobility issues was inconvenient. However, the hotel offered a great range of amenities, it was quiet, and the pool was fantastic, truly exceeding expectations.
